Ciera is a co-owner and full-time behavior consultant at Instinct Washington D.C. She regularly works with a wide range of breeds and temperaments, helping dogs & their owners navigate complex behavior issues including fear, anxiety, aggression and reactivity. Ciera’s shelter background and experience in a behavior specialty clinic give her a valuable perspective, especially when working with emotions including fear, anxiety, reactivity, and aggression. She strives to give dog guardians the tools and confidence to enjoy life to the fullest with their companions. Her prior experience instructing puppy and adolescent group classes has also helped her develop a skill for working with puppy development and life skills. Ciera lives in Washington D.C. with her terrier mix, Bob.
