Sophia Rosenbloom is a certified dog trainer and canine care team member with Instinct Hudson Valley. Her love for rescue dogs led her to pursue a career in dog training, with the hope of giving more dogs a chance to thrive. Sophia earned her certification through the Karen Pryor Academy (KPA-CTP). She is also a professional in the equine industry and works as horse trainer, Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning, and Therapeutic Riding Instructor certified through PATH International. Her work with dogs, horses, and individuals with trauma and special needs has given Sophia a strong understanding of the importance of compassion, patience, and an individualized approach. She is passionate about utilizing these skills to help dogs and their humans work together to achieve their goals. While she loves working with all types of dogs, Sophia has a soft spot for anxious and timid dogs, and enjoys helping them build the confidence and life skills they need to live their best lives.
